What am I getting for my money in Residencial “La Tosquilla”?

Firstly you are getting an easily managable detached villa, all on one level in the beautiful valley of la Zarza, with panoramic views of mountains and national park. The way our architects have designed the site, for a small additional price you can have your own pool shared only by four villas, although of course there will be plenty of commercial property, beautiful landscapes gardens and an easily accessible community pools.

The site will have a Reception with 24 hours security and each house will be fully alarmed through to reception, with no monthly charges. The alarm unit will also contain an emergency call button in case you are ill or require an ambulance, and of course there is no language barriers with our on duty receptionist.

Each villa will have Hydro-massage bath, a telephone connection, where you pay only for the calls you make, (there will be no standing charge). Each villa will have smoke detectors linked to reception and will have pre-installation of Satellite T.V. (a small charge is applicable if you require to use Satellite T.V.) however, Spanish T.V. will be free of charge.

Once you have purchased your villa you will only need to pay normal utility bills, rates and community charges as with any normal property.
